Key Responsibilities: Originate, process, and manage mortgage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with lending regulations. Provide expert advice on home loan options, guiding clients toward the most suitable financial solutions. Evaluate loan applications by verifying borrower income, assets, liabilities, employment, and credit history.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve title issues and ensure smooth loan closings. Maintain organized records in CRM systems for pipeline and lead management. Develop new business through networking, relationship-building, and outbound calls with referral partners such as real estate agents and financial advisors.

Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Qualifications: Active and valid NMLS license (required). Minimum 1 year of experience as an outside loan originator.

Proven ability to fund at least one loan per month through referral partnerships. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines. Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Motivated, ethical, and self-driven professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
