Position Overview 1 Vision USA, one of ADT’s fastest-growing Premier Authorized Dealers, is expanding nationwide and actively hiring Sales Representatives and future Area Managers for our New Homeowner Program .

You will work directly with new homeowners daily using our CRM-driven lead system —targeted opportunities, not random cold calls. We train you on the pitch, equipment, sales process, and how to operate like an entrepreneur , not just a rep. This is a 1099, commission-only role with uncapped income , clear leadership pathways, and zero ceiling for those who perform.

Realistic Income Expectations Entry / Developing Reps: $50,000–$70,000 annually Strong Producers: $100,000–$150,000+ Top Performers: $200,000–$300,000+ Uncapped commissions – no limits We clearly show the pathway to earning more here than in a traditional 9–5 W2 role for motivated professionals.
