OT Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced OT Engineer to support and maintain critical infrastructure environments within a high-availability utility operation. This role is focused on 2nd Line OT support, system patching, device configuration, maintenance, and operational continuity across industrial IT / OT environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd Line support across OT systems and infrastructure Deliver regular security patching and firmware updates Configure OT assets including servers, HMIs, industrial PCs, and networking devices Implement approved configuration changes under strict governance Monitor system performance and availability Participate in out-of-hours support / on-call rota if required Essential Criteria: Proven experience in 2nd Line Infrastructure / OT / Industrial IT Support Strong experience with Windows Server, Windows desktop, and Active Directory Experience with system patching, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint maintenance Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switches, VLANs, firewalls) Experience working in high-availability / 24x7 environments Familiarity with change control and regulated environments
