OT Applications Support Technician

RED GLOBAL – Freelance OT Applications Support Technician – Hybrid in Brazil

Our client is looking for an experienced OT Applications Support Technician to support critical Operational Technology (OT) applications across industrial sites worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day technical support & troubleshooting for OT systems: SCADA (WinCC or similar), MES, Historian (AspenTech IP21 / PI System / OPCUA), CMMS, Weighbridge systems
• Incident management & ticket resolution within a global “Follow-the-Sun” support model
• Participation in OT-related projects: upgrades, deployments, and process improvements
• Maintain structured documentation & knowledge management to ensure long-term system reliability
• Collaborate with plant teams, global support teams, and IT/infrastructure teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience supporting OT applications in industrial or production environments
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Fluent English; local languages (e.g., Bahasa, Tamil) are an advantage
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote/international environment

Details:

Location: Hybrid – 4 days on-site in Campinas, Brazil + 1 day remote

Start Date: ASAP
