The Organizational Development Partner will drive college-wide programs focused on leadership development and change management.

With a strong emphasis on adult learning principles, you will create and assess tailored training, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders and administering insights from organizational assessments to boost employee engagement and team effectiveness.
