HIRING | ORDER MANAGEMENT | PUNE
\nWe are hiring for Order Management roles in Pune!
\nExperience - 1-5YRS
\nLocation: Pune
\nShift: Rotational Shifts
\nWork Mode: Work From Office
\nKey Responsibilities
\nManage the complete Order Management lifecycle from order creation to fulfillment
\nHandle customer orders, booking activities & billing queries
\nWork on SAP; SAP ByD experience preferred
\nSNOW / ServiceNow knowledge is an added advantage
\nCoordinate effectively with internal & client stakeholders
\nHandle reporting and analysis using MS Excel
\nConduct process training and structured learning sessions
\nIdentify training needs and develop training manuals/course materials
\nKey Requirements
\nExcellent written & verbal communication
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
\nGood attention to detail and accuracy
\nWillingness to work in rotational shifts
\nReady to work from office
\nShipping / Logistics industry experience is preferred
\nIMPORTANT: Only candidates currently based in Pune will be considered.
