You will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders and production schedules are aligned to meet contractual delivery dates and optimize customer happiness. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Managing backlog priorities and order execution; measure site performance of initial order commit dates and accurate discrepancies.
Tracking regional backlog aging, identify and review critical issues focusing on solutions and customer communication. Serve as first contact post-sales order; manage customer change requests; provide phone and email support related to customer happiness. Advise customers on shipping/schedule changes; provide expediting and shipping schedule support; ensure timely response to inquiries.
Develop professional customer relationships; communicate critical issues and ensure delivery commitments are met. Liaise on order issues, clear credit blocks with Risk Analyst, and manage production schedules. Who You Are: You quickly and decisively act in fact-changing, unexpected situations.

You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor Degree or five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong computer proficiency, solid math skills, and a high level of accuracy working with detailed information; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines Strong Analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to drive alignment and project success.
