We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Tester – Finance Module to join our growing team in Chennai. Work Location: Chennai Work Mode: Hybrid (as per project requirement) Shift Timings: 12:30 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST (support overlap till 12:30 PM EST) Role Summary Validate Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance implementations across GL, AP, AR, OTC, and Fixed Assets modules Validate financial reports including Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, and subledger-to-GL reconciliation Verify end-to-end OTC flow from Order Entry through Cash Application Prepare test plans, test cases, and RTM based on business and functional requirements Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles across Finance modules Log and manage defects using JIRA, ALM, or Zephyr Prepare test summary reports, SOPs, and go-live readiness documentation ✅ Requirements 3–6 years of functional testing experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion Finance applications Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, OTC, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules Experience in test case design, execution, defect management, and UAT coordination Hands-on experience with JIRA, ALM/Quality Center, or Zephyr Understanding of P2P, OTC processes, and accounting fundamentals Ability to validate financial outputs and identify reconciliation discrepancies Oracle Fusion Certification or ISTQB Foundation/Advanced certification preferred
