MUST HAVES: Must Have: Billing experience & OTL experience (Oracle Time & Labor) -Don't need OTL experience -Wants to see expertise on Project Billing (on the invoicing side) 100% Remote - Ideally local to SFL, but can be located anywhere Role / title: Oracle PPM Product Analyst Must Haves: • Heavy Oracle experience & knowledge (3-5 years) • PPM experience • Payroll experience • Techno-Functional • Data flow • Integrations • Refining solutions • Testing / testing scripts Nice to Haves: • Payroll related stuff and how to pertains to staffing, does not need healthcare experience Staffing industry experience BASIC PURPOSE: The Oracle PPM Product Analyst will play a key role in the implementation, enhancement, and support of the Oracle ERP system, with a specific focus on client invoicing within the PPM module and possess a deep functional understanding of the billing processes related to contracts and projects, backed by a solid technical knowledge of the Oracle application, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, design workflows, and ensure successful testing and deployment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements related to billing, contracts, and project management within the Oracle PPM module. • Solution Design: Analyze requirements and design effective solutions within the Oracle ERP system, specifically focusing on billing modules, projects, and expenditures. • Process Workflows: Develop and document clear and efficient business process workflows tailored to the organization's needs, ensuring alignment with best practices. • Testing and Validation: Lead the testing phase, developing test plans, scripts, and performing functional testing to ensure that all solutions meet specified requirements. • Cutover and Change Management: Support the deployment of ERP solutions by managing cutover activities and facilitating change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions. • Technical Knowledge & Insights: Provide technical insights related to the data structure, integrations, and customizations of the Oracle ERP system, particularly as they pertain to the PPM module and related billing processes. • Documentation, Training, & Reporting: Create detailed documentation and training materials for end users, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of new processes and the Oracle system. • Advisory Role: Function as a consultant to business stakeholders, offering guidance and insights on best practices, process improvements, and effective use of the Oracle ERP system, especially in the context of billing and project management. • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for the business stream leads/users, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. • All other duties as assigned. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: • Reports to VP, Enterprise Support Service Operations • No direct report QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field is desired. • 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations or enhancements with a focus on the billing and the PPM module is desired. • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle PPM, including Contracts, Projects, Expenditures, Billing Events, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). • Familiarity with the staffing industry, preferably within the Healthcare sector, is highly desirable. • Proven experience in requirement gathering, process improvement, testing, cutover, and change management within the ERP environment. • Exceptional organizational skills, diligence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Relevant Oracle certifications (if available) are a plus but not required. • Experience with change management and training methodologies is a plus. • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
