Job Description
Primary Skills: Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR, Talent Management, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, OIC, Absence Management, Compensation & Benefits.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Configure Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Absence modules.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HDL loads, and HCM Extracts.
- Design security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
- Integrate Oracle HCM with payroll and third-party applications.
- Create OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, and analytics dashboards.
- Support testing, deployment, training, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
