Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications.

• Demonstrated experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, preferably Oracle Property Manager (R12).

• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience supporting system implementation projects in a structured PMO or public-sector environment.

• Experience supporting real estate, leasing, property management, or transportation asset operations.
