Experience: 3 Yrs and above Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida Job Description: Oracle Cerner - System Management + Lights On Analyst Role Overview: Seeking a System Management + Lights On Analyst to ensure stable, reliable, and high performing system environments through proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and adoption of modern reliability practices. Key Responsibilities: Perform continuous environment monitoring across application, system, and interface layers Respond to incidents, triage system issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams Track system health indicators, uptime, capacity, and performance metrics Support routine maintenance tasks, patch cycles, and environment checks Contribute to service reliability initiatives using SRE concepts such as SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and automation Primary Skill: Environment monitoring Secondary Skill: Incident response Must Have Skills: Experience working on Oracle Cerner System Management and Lights On solutions Understanding of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) concepts and reliability frameworks Good to Have: Experience in system operations, environment support, or application monitoring preferred Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management workflows is beneficial
