Transfers Team Analyst Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid working) Full Time Permanent Our client is looking for a sharp, proactive operator to join our Transfers Team — the engine room responsible for the timely and accurate movement of assets on behalf of their clients. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and well‑controlled transfer activity across multiple markets and asset types, including: Matching transactions across internal systems Liaising with external fund managers , agreeing trades and settlement Working directly with brokers to resolve queries Keeping clients updated on transfer progress Managing CREST and other market settlements Handling unit trust re‑registrations and transfers Processing certificated holdings Investigating and resolving cash and stock reconciliation breaks Maintaining strong controls to mitigate operational risk Experience of using Equisoft This is a hands‑on role at the heart of our Operations function — perfect for someone who enjoys ownership and variety: You take pride in accuracy and operational discipline You’re confident dealing with clients, brokers, and fund managers You stay calm and structured when things get complex You enjoy improving processes and driving efficiency You communicate clearly, credibly, and with influence — including with senior stakeholders Why Join Them?
