Transdev is proud to offer:? Non-CBA Position: Competitive compensation package of minimum$26.00($54,080) - Maximum $29.00($60,320) Pay raises each year, currently in January.

Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership to build andmaintaina strong teamthrough effective communication, appraisal, training, and coaching. Assistin interviewing new applicants and make recommendations for hiring / nothiring toHuman Resources.

Issue Corrective Action Notices (disciplinary letters)with theassistanceof the Operations Managers and Human Resources. Works with the Operations Coordinators to ensure safe, courteous, and efficient service is provided to all customers. Perform Operator safetyevaluationride checks, investigate and respond to situations, resolveoperational issues.

Read maps, interpret transit operating rules and policies. Monitor andassistoperatorscompleting pre-trip and post-trip examinationsto ensure safety compliance. Other duties asrequired.

Qualifications: High school diploma,GEDor equivalent Minimum of 2yearsof relevant leadership experience preferred Commercial Driving License"A" or "B"with passenger and airbrake endorsements Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Subject toa DOTdrug testingand physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, includingcannabis, for any reason.? Physical Requirements: The essential functions of this position require the ability to: Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.

Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces Push and pull objects up to80 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
