Our client, a fast-growing B2B enterprise startup, is seeking an Operations & Process Analyst to help scale and optimize their operations. They're looking for a highly detail-oriented, scrappy, and creative problem-solver with up to 5 years of experience. This person should thrive in fast-paced environments, think outside the box, and enjoy building processes from scratch.
This is a critical hire responsible for helping unlock a significant customer pipeline by designing and refining scalable operational systems. What you'll do: Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement Design, document, and implement scalable processes and systems from the ground up Own the end-to-end process for customer onboarding and setup, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors Solve complex operational challenges, testing new approaches and building a playbook of best practices Partner closely with leadership to share insights, improve workflows, and accelerate growth What they're looking for: 1–5 years of experience in a detail-oriented, analytical, or process-driven role (e.g., operations, analytics, process improvement, investment banking, systems design) Experience in a fast-paced, high-responsibility startup environment; prior founder experience is a plus Exposure to brand creation, business registration, or domain management is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and proactively navigate roadblocks Creative, outside-the-box thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset Technical aptitude with a figure-it-out mentality and drive to improve how things are done This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys building, optimizing, and owning critical processes in a rapidly scaling environment.
