What you’ll be doing Responsible for day-to-day management of operatives, staff and site-based support to ensure site capability/capacity is maximised. Deliver strong operational and financial performance whilst maintaining high levels of safety, compliance, customer service and team engagement.

Ensure safety and wellbeing of all employees and those affected by our operations. Manage operations against Veolia Minimum Requirements. Manage people & assets to deliver efficient & profitable service & ensure the most efficient disposal and recycling solutions are utilised.

Identify & drive efficiencies to maximise revenue & profit. Challenge existing practice and seek value-for-money alternatives to deliver long-term sustainable economic benefits. Aim to meet waste reduction and recycling targets by ensuring processes and ways of working are followed.

Identify and implement initiatives to improve business performance and ecological transformation. Prepare and present accurate reports on waste generation, handling, and disposal activities to key stakeholders and management. Monitor and analyse waste data to identify trends, benchmarks, and areas for improvement.
