Job Description On a strategic level this position will work closely with the Executive Team, Regional Management, and your branch management direct reports to drive process improvement and operational change.
Ensure high-quality work through clear leadership and motivating the team to deliver high performance and growth. Also, assist in developing strategies and tactics for improving operation efficiencies for global harmonization. The role has full accountability for P&L.
Responsibilities Growing the business, client base, accounts, and strategic relationships through close collaboration with the BD unit Delivering exceptional services of the highest quality Satisfying and building loyalty with our clients Perform in full compliance with regulatory (e.g., GDP, DG, etc.) and Marken requirements Delivering financial results at, or better than, approved budgets Achieving operational excellence by continually improving operational performance (quality, delivery, productivity, cost-effectiveness) Managing third parties (local agents, airlines, suppliers, etc.) to ensure compliance with all Marken and regulatory requirements and expectations Reporting operational and financial status accurately and in a timely manner Motivating, managing, and developing staff individually and collectively to ensure high performance Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and succession planning Driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Strong leadership and people management skills Extensive experience in operations and logistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering financial targets Strong client relationship management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GDP, DG, etc.) Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred Relevant industry certifications are a plus Other Criteria Job Grade: 30C Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job - Required Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM. Pay Range Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,280.00/year to $130,440.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience.
Hired applicants are offered annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
