This is a strategic, hands-on operational leadership role in a demanding engineering setting.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Plan and coordinate resources for projects, including internal teams, temporary staff, and subcontractors • Balance project requirements with available resources • Lead projects from planning to completion, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and performance targets • Coordinate and support Project Managers and operational teams • Monitor operational and financial performance focusing on profitability and margin • Manage the workshop for efficient daily operations • Ensure availability and maintenance of equipment, tools and facilities • Coordinate onboarding, mobilization and training per project needs • Ensure compliance with quality, health u0026 safety, regulatory and operational requirements • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with other departments • Support management of claims, invoicing, and project financial close-out

Responsabilidades • University degree in Engineering • Experience in industrial, engineering or technical services environments • Proven project management and team leadership experience • Experience managing internal personnel, temporary workers and/or technical service teams xqbhyrx • Experience coordinating complex projects and multidisciplinary teams • Strong leadership, planning, organizational and decision-making skills • Advanced English for professional communication with international stakeholders • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially planning and management tools • Experience in high safety, quality, and regulatory environments is valued
