Role Description This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and ensuring seamless customer service.

Responsibilities include identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency , managing vendor relationships, coordinating and scheduling cleanings & maintenance, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. Qualifications At least 1 year experience in the Short Term Rental Industry Proven experience in Operations Management, Project Coordination, or Hospitality Management Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with staff, vendors, and guests Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service Proficiency with property management software, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace Ability to handle and thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local property visits Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
