Oversee Technicians and ensure compliance while driving efficiency and performance in your region. In this full-time role, you will manage a team of account Technicians and provide strong operational leadership.
Your responsibilities will include employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Collaborating with various teams to refine processes and improve efficiencies will be crucial to your success. Key Responsibilities: • Manage account Technicians across multiple regions • Drive employee engagement and performance management • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards • Collaborate on process and SOP development • Provide technical support and mentorship to the team Requirements: • 5-10 years of trades operations experience • 5 years of supervisory or management experience • Community college diploma or equivalent training • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements • Trade certification in relevant skilled trades preferred Lead effectively in operations while fostering team engagement and compliance as a Regional Operations Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
