This is a leadership role at the center of the daily experience for our users and delivery staff. It's also an opportunity to grow responsibility quickly within a fast-growing company. The role The Ops Manager owns the daily movement behind Parkday, from how our staff are scheduled, to training new hires, to managing client communications, and overseeing how every delivery shows up in the real world with a personable, unreasonably hospitable experience.

You’ll co-manage a growing team of 70+ Brand Ambassadors, build weekly schedules, and design delivery routes that make complex days feel simple across thousands of meals per day, multiple delivery windows, and a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
