- Experience managing multiple teams and service functions
- Strong commercial and operational awareness
- Supplier, contractor and workforce-planning experience
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Experience with job management / field-service systems
- Proactive, solutions-focused and process-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
