My client is a well known 3PL brand going through a significant level of growth due to new contract wins. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Supervisor and Warehouse Operatives.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company standards. Monitor KPIs to ensure performance targets are met. Build strong working relationships with the customers.
Maintain compliance with health & safety, quality, and company policies. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
