Operations Manager (Norcross)

Leak Pros is looking for an Operations Manager! This role will oversee the restoration division, leading day-to-day operations and ensuring projects are executed efficiently while meeting quality standards. The Operations Manager will report to the General Manager and be responsible for managing the restoration division.

As an Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day activities within the facility and ensure that job schedules and products meet the customers’ quality standards at minimum costs. Key Responsibilities: An IICRC certification in Water Restoration is required; secondary certifications (e.g., Mold, Asbestos) are considered an advantage, but not required. Oversees the day-to-day operations of restoration crews including schedules & production levels Manages the tasks and activities of a diverse workforce to ensure jobs are being processed within a timely manner Effectively communicates with all members of the restoration staff and delegates the appropriate duties for each team member Develop and implement processes to improve performance Develop employees for opportunities of greater responsibility, improves the abilities, skills and knowledge of production personnel through appropriate instruction and training.

Works with support personnel to ensure that all aspects of the job are met to prevent any delays in the job process Ensures strict compliance with all safety procedures and implements safe working procedures in assigned restoration areas Create and/or review job scopes and estimates to ensure accuracy Supervise on-site crew, calculate equipment needs, and complete paperwork requirements for jobs Monitor jobs until completion (supervise team members and job progress; ensure that proper The jobsite and employee appearance and behavior protocol is being followed) Complete job file documentation, including completion of time sensitive material Communicate job progress to appropriate parties (customer, office team, production team, management) Ensure that customer needs and expectations are exceeded Train, and develop production team members Leak Pros of Georgia provides 24/7 water mitigation and restoration services throughout Metro Atlanta.
