Operations Manager (Miami)

iMile is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team in Miami, USA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in logistics operations, particularly in sea freight and air freight, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily logistics and operations activities across sea and air freight Manage shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations Lead and support the operations team to achieve targets and KPIs Requirements: Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations Strong background in sea freight and air freight operations Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership skills Experience in the USA market is a plus
