Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and lead high-performing operations functions within a complex, risk-driven environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership capabilities, deep operations expertise, and a passion for driving process excellence and team performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage specialized operations teams, ensuring delivery excellence across BAU and high-volume periods (month-end/quarter-end) Drive process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations delivery Manage escalations, track KPIs/KRIs, and ensure service levels are consistently met Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and financial/budget management Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and governance frameworks Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, and performance management of team members Support hiring, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives Deliver insightful MI reporting and contribute to strategic initiatives and projects Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Operations or related domain 2+ years of leadership or team management experience Desired Qualifications Strong experience in people management (4+ years preferred) Hands-on expertise in Wholesale Lending Operations (highly preferred) Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience in budgeting, capacity planning, and contingency planning Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines Flexibility to work in night shifts (US hours) What We’re Looking For A proactive leader who can independently manage operations and drive outcomes Strong risk & control mindset with focus on compliance Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across levels Passion for team development, engagement, and continuous improvement If you’re looking to take the next step in your leadership journey within a global banking environment, we’d love to connect.
