Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a senior leader responsible for overseeing manufacturing, warehousing, and inventory operations to achieve business objectives safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively. This role ensures customer requirements are consistently met through strong leadership of production performance, planning and scheduling, inventory accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead daily production, warehousing, and shipping/receiving operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction goals.

Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Develop and execute production schedules, capacity plans, and warehouse activities to meet customer demand and delivery commitments. Own inventory management processes, including accuracy, cycle counting, reconciliation, and traceability.

Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive root cause analysis to resolve quality, inventory, and customer issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, safety, cost control, and on‑time delivery. Manage operating budgets, analyze cost variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and audit operations for compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Operations, Production Management, or a related field Experience in a manufacturing environment certified to quality, safety, and environmental management systems. Strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
