Direct impact on production performance and team development Exposure to advanced engine platforms and international collaboration Long‑term growth potential within operations leadership Job Details Responsibilities Lead and support technicians responsible for engine and accessory repair activities Promote a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards Oversee daily workflow and production pacing to ensure targets are achieved Monitor operational metrics and partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement Provide coaching, training oversight, and performance feedback to assigned team members Coordinate staffing and workload priorities based on production demand Ensure equipment uptime through scheduled maintenance planning Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and process discipline Serve as an escalation point for operational issues impacting delivery or quality Qualifications FAA Powerplant (A&P – Powerplant) certification required Airframe certification is a plus Prior leadership or supervisory experience in an aerospace, aviation, or MRO environment Background supporting regulated operations (FAA, quality systems, compliance‑driven shops) Comfortable managing performance, training needs, and workforce planning Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient with standard business software Interested in hearing more?
