At iPronics, pioneers in software-defined photonics and creators of the world’s first programmable optical switch on silicon, we’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to strengthen our global operations and manufacturing ecosystem — ensuring quality, reliability, and scalability as we bring our cutting‑edge technology to market.

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Operations Manager, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team, overseeing the full spectrum of operations — from supplier partnerships to process optimization and quality assurance. Your mission: ensure flawless execution as we scale our photonic systems from prototype to production.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations and long‑term planning to ensure efficient production, supply chain, and logistics execution.
• Supplier & Partner Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Process Development & Execution: Define, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to support yield, reliability, and scalability.
• Quality & Reliability: Drive excellence through DfM, FMEA, SPC, and yield management methodologies, ensuring consistent quality and performance.

What We’re Looking For:Education & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor, photonics, or hardware manufacturing operations.
• Proven success in supplier management, yield improvement, and production execution in a fabless model.
• Experience in fast‑paced start‑up or scale‑up environments, with a proactive, hands‑on approach.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of semiconductor/photonics manufacturing flows and hardware systems.
• Proficiency in DfM, FMEA, RCA, SPC, MES, and yield management methodologies.
• Solid track record managing manufacturing partners and ensuring operational excellence across continents.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
