Job Title: Operations Manager – Facilities Management Location: Liverpool (office-based with regional travel) Salary: £70,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About Us We are a specialist recruitment agency partnering with a growing and ambitious organisation that is launching a brand-new Facilities Management (FM) division. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to play a key role in building and shaping the division from the ground up. The Role Our client is seeking a driven and strategic Operations Manager to spearhead their new FM division, based out of Liverpool.

You will take full ownership of operational delivery, team development, and client relationships, ensuring the successful establishment and growth of the division.
