Join our Digital Inside Sales team as an Operations Manager driving large-scale client operations. You’ll lead efforts in optimizing sales strategies, enhancing client success and operational excellence. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee a significant sales program, managing performance metrics and operational efficiencies.
Your role will involve strategic collaboration with various teams, ensuring successful revenue growth and client outcomes. You will operate autonomously, utilizing established governance frameworks while supporting team development and performance management. Key Responsibilities: • Own program performance against sales targets and KPIs • Lead governance forums and performance reviews • Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions • Develop ongoing client and stakeholder engagement strategies • Produce operational performance reports with insights Requirements: • 4+ years in operations management or sales leadership • 2+ years using Salesforce, Tableau, or analytics tools • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong experience in managing large-scale operations • Excellent communication skills for executive audiences Drive operational success and enhance client relationships through innovative sales strategies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
