Farinolio is seeking a high-caliber Multi-Unit Store Manager to lead two retail locations.
This role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership in a premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across two locations
- Ensure product quality and service consistency
- Manage P&L, labor, COGS, and margins
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Maintain brand and guest experience standards
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue growth and profitability
- Labor % and cost control
- Employee retention and team development
- Guest satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years multi-unit management experience
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Passion for hospitality and premium food
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000
- Bonus: 15–25%
- Total Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000+
