Operations Manager £35,000–£40,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid – East London Meet the Team Digital Natives is a social-first creative agency putting brands at the centre of attention. Based in East London, our rapidly growing team works together to create best-in-class campaigns for global brands, covering FMCG, beauty, food & beverage and technology. The Role We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to support the smooth and efficient running of the agency. You will work across the business, reporting into the COO. This role sits at the heart of the agency, making sure our people, processes, and resources are all set up to deliver brilliant work. You’ll help streamline how we operate, manage resourcing, and keep everything running smoothly. The ideal candidate is collaborative and personable as well as having an eye for detail and a strong grasp on commercials. We have a flexible hybrid working policy, with time spent in the office (Tues-Thurs) or working from home (Mon & Fri). Key Responsibilities Include Oversee the resourcing process, ensuring effective allocation considering commercial and career development goals Ensure timesheets are completed accurately and on time, maintaining strong reporting discipline across teams Monitor team capacity and utilisation, identifying hiring needs and potential inefficiencies Manage the end-to-end freelancer lifecycle including sourcing, negotiating rates, booking, and onboarding Ensure all freelancer time and costs are accurately tracked, managed against budgets, and reported Produce monthly utilisation, capacity, and profitability reports to support commercial decision-making Support the COO in documenting internal processes and policies to drive efficiency and consistency Create a positive and welcoming office environment, keeping the space organised, fully stocked, and set up for teams to do their best work Support the onboarding and offboarding of staff and the provision of equipment Manage relationships with suppliers and third paries Support with the organisation of staff travel Coordinate events from team socials to client get-togethers and marketing initiatives Champion best practices across the agency, ensuring processes are followed and continuously improved What Does Success Look Like?

Accurate and timely timesheets across the business Effective and efficient resourcing across projects with capacity guardrails Operational process documentation and iterative process improvement Utilisation targets are met Your Background 2-3 years proven experience in operations or a similar role Experience managing resourcing and capacity planning Experience within an agency environment is essential - experience in social media specifically a plus! Confidence working with data, reporting tools and spreadsheets - experience with forecast.app a plus!
