Operations Manager – Civils A leading UK infrastructure contractor is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple civils projects across the Midlands and wider northern region. The Role You’ll lead the delivery of schemes up to £20m, covering public realm, highways, and active travel works, while driving performance, client relationships, and regional growth. Key Responsibilities Deliver multiple civils projects safely, on time, and to budget Manage resources and ensure operational efficiency Build and maintain strong client relationships Lead, develop, and mentor teams Oversee financial performance and reporting (P&L) Ensure compliance with HS&E and quality standards About You Proven track record delivering multiple civils schemes Strong commercial experience with full P&L responsibility ( Must have) NEC contract experience essential ( Must have) Construction-related qualification (desirable) The Opportunity Join a forward-thinking business delivering critical infrastructure and shaping sustainable, long-term growth across the UK.
