Join our Talent Pool We are preparing for several high-impact projects which are due to launch over the next couple of months and looking to build up a network of highly talented professionals that we can work with on short notice or on a rolling basis. Core Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable operational processes for project delivery. Manage resource allocation across multiple workstreams to ensure high utilization. Oversee internal tools (ERPs, CRMs) to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with Finance and HR to streamline onboarding and project billing.

Required qualifications: 5+ years in Operations, ideally within a consultancy or high-growth tech firm. Proven experience in workflow automation and change management. Ability to translate complex business needs into streamlined operational tasks.
