Hiring: Key Account Operations Manager | London | Visa Sponsorship Available A fast-growing logistics technology company is expanding its UK team and looking for a Key Account Operations Manager to support major cross-border eCommerce clients and drive operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company currently going through a new funding round and working with some of the largest global e-commerce and logistics players. Location: London (3-4 days onsite, flexible) Compensation: TP £70,000–£100,000 Visa sponsorship available Languages: English + Chinese Mandarin required Role Overview As a Key Account Operations Manager, you will work closely with large enterprise clients, focusing on day-to-day operational management, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
This is a B2B role supporting major cross-border logistics customers, particularly in last-mile delivery operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day operations for key enterprise customers • Identify operational issues and drive process improvement initiatives • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize service delivery • Monitor performance metrics and implement optimization strategies • Support scaling of operations for high-growth customers • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders on the client side Requirements • +5 years of experience in operations, key account operations, or logistics operations • Background in cross-border eCommerce and logistics strongly preferred • Experience working with large enterprise clients (B2B) • Strong process improvement and operational optimization capability • Fluent in English and Chinese • Based in the UK (London preferred) Preferred Background Candidates from companies such as cross-border logistics, eCommerce platforms, or last-mile delivery providers are particularly relevant. Clients include major global players across eCommerce and logistics.
