We are looking for an Operations Manager : Oversee day to day operations at New Jersey facility Includes plant, yard, maintenance & QC Understand projects, both short term and long term Prepare production forecasts Drive efficiency and reduce hours Reduce overtime Improve housekeeping Improve safety Control overall costs and P&L Hold employees accountable In need of someone that is a go-getter and will drive change on the production floor. Strong personality and hold people accountable.
