Job Description
Lead the CNIB SmartLife program as the Operations Manager in Toronto. This in-person role focuses on operational oversight, client engagement, and assistive technology service delivery daily. As the Manager at Bayview CNIB Hub, you will oversee the SmartLife Centre’s operations.
Your leadership will ensure high-quality support for clients accessing assistive technologies, workforce training, and service programs. Collaborate respectfully with internal teams while answering inquiries and addressing complex client needs, all while fostering a welcoming environment in your hub. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations at the SmartLife Centre • Provide leadership and support for staff and volunteers • Ensure high standards of service delivery for clients • Manage complex client inquiries and service escalations • Collaborate with national teams for consistency in operations Requirements: • 3–5 years in program operations or client service • Proven leadership and supervisory skills • Knowledge of assistive technology and accessibility • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience Utilize your leadership and client service expertise at CNIB SmartLife in Toronto, enhancing lives through technology and support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
