We're Hiring | Operations Manager (Contract) | Manchester-Based Graduates Only We're looking for a driven and highly organised Operations Manager to join the team behind the Airtaxi & Drone World Congress (ADWC) and Air2SuperYacht Med (SASY), Europe's leading Advanced Air Mobility event, taking place in Genoa, Italy, this October 2026. This is a contract role based in Manchester, ideal for a recent graduate who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to be at the forefront of the future of aviation. What you'll be doing: Supporting end-to-end event operations and logistics coordination Managing timelines, supplier communications, and stakeholder relationships Assisting with delegate and exhibitor onboarding Coordinating across teams to ensure seamless event delivery Handling administrative and operational tasks as the event approaches What we're looking for: Graduate-level education (must have a background in event operations) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Based in Manchester (very important) Experience in aviation, tech, or events is a bonus!
