Manage billing, payroll, and oversee the vehicle fleet. Oversee human resource functions, ensuring compliance with core values and regulatory requirements.
Manage asset operations, including equipment and software access. Maintain ownership of contracts, credentials, and licenses. Lead the survey process and support staff development through orientation, ongoing education, and evaluations.
Direct and monitor performance improvement initiatives. Contribute to the development of strategic goals and budgets. Stay informed on industry trends and share valuable insights with the team.
Ensure sound fiscal management and maintain the agency's credit standing. What Makes You Successful: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and support teams. Strong skills in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel. You will oversee and coordinate all administrative and operational activities of the home health agency, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care. In office position M-F
