Operations & Growth Manager

Programmed is seeking an Operations & Growth Manager for a full-time opportunity based in Bibra Lake, servicing the Cockburn area. This is a genuine leadership role within one of Western Australia's fastest-growing battery recycling businesses, known for providing safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible battery collection solutions to businesses across Perth, the Southwest, and prominent mining companies.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys building relationships, improving systems, leading people, and driving business growth. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing daily operational activities while identifying and implementing strategies to expand our service footprint and enhance business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and managing operations personnel to foster a high-performance, safety-focused culture.
• Optimizing operational systems, workflows, and logistics to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient battery collection services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, mining partners, and key stakeholders across Perth and regional Western Australia.
• Driving business growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities and supporting the expansion of our recycling services.
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations across all operations.

This position offers a competitive package including a salary of $120K plus superannuation, alongside a fully maintained vehicle.
