Operations Data Analyst

Up to €70,000 + 10% Bonus | Dublin City Centre | Hybrid

This is a strong opportunity to take real ownership of a developing analytics capability within a major Irish organisation and help shape how operational performance is understood and improved across the business.

You’ll work closely with senior operational stakeholders to understand how the service runs day to day, define the right KPIs and turn complex data into clear, practical insight around performance, productivity, capacity, cost and efficiency.

The underlying data is already available, so the focus is not on building data infrastructure. Instead, you’ll create the reporting and analytics layer, tackle a broad range of ad hoc operational questions and help establish how data is used across the function.

This role will suit someone who is comfortable working as part of an operations team as much as an analytics team - someone who can understand operational challenges, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and use data to influence real business decisions.

The Opportunity

• Build and shape an operational reporting capability from the ground up
• Work directly with senior operational teams to understand performance challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
• Define KPIs around areas such as performance, productivity, capacity, cost and efficiency
• Deliver clear, actionable insight that supports day-to-day operational decision-making
• Take ownership of ad hoc analysis and help embed a more data-driven approach across the operation

What You Bring

• Strong experience analysing operational or business performance data
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis to non-technical audiences
• Experience working closely with operational, service, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or similar business teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL
• Experience with Snowflake or a similar modern data platform
• Experience building reporting, KPI frameworks or analytics solutions from scratch
