Operations / Business Analyst - Compliance

Join AZAD Technology Partners as an Operations Analyst and collaborate with the technical subject matter experts to provide analytical support to the Strategic Asset Strategy function within Transmission Services' Control Centers. The position formulates and applies various modeling techniques and other optimizing methods to develop and validate information that assists management with decision‑making, policy formulation, process development or other managerial functions. In addition, the position concentrates on collecting and analyzing data, analyzing workflow, and developing process analysis and decision‑support information and documents.

This is a 2‑year plus consultant position with a high probability of long‑term and ongoing continued employment. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Vancouver, WA with five days per week. The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.09 to $64.03, depending on qualifications, and includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.09.

Responsibilities Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to support the Strategic Asset Strategy function. Formulate and apply modeling techniques and optimizing methods to develop validation information for management. Collect and analyze data, workflow, and process information to develop decision‑support documents.

Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management/Administration, Organizational Development, or closely related technical discipline preferred. • 8 years of experience with an applicable Bachelor's degree. • 10 years of experience with an applicable Associates degree. • 12 years of experience with no applicable degree. Experience directly related to business and/or operations analysis, progressively more technical in nature. Minimum 5 years of experience in: Written and technical communication sufficient to interpret SME input and convert it into meaningful performance target language.

Developing professional presentations and delivering them at the executive level. Expert proficiency with automated data systems, including Microsoft Access, Excel, SharePoint, and Visio. Valid U.S. driver’s license or Real ID required.
