Operations Analyst (Irving)

A global financial services organization is seeking an Operations Analyst to join a client-focused team supporting executive wealth and financial advisory services. This role sits within a fast-paced operations group that works closely with advisors, client service teams, and internal partners to ensure an exceptional client experience while maintaining strong operational controls. Location: Irving, Texas Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday–Friday Contract Length: 6 months, with possible extension to 12 months+ Pay Rate: $23/hour What You’ll Do: Answer client calls and respond to questions related to accounts, records, and services Assist clients with payments, account navigation, and general troubleshooting Calmly support and resolve escalated or sensitive client situations Review incoming client requests for proper documentation and authorization Use internal and external systems to research issues and make informed decisions Partner with advisors and internal teams to resolve ongoing matters and improve service delivery Complete operational tasks and assist with special projects as assigned Cross-train in additional functions to support broader team needs What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree required 1–3 years of experience in operations, client service, or a related field Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy Analytical thinking and sound problem-solving ability Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Comfort working with confidential and sensitive information Ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment Please submit your resume in Word format for immediate consideration!
