Job Description

Procom Services is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide office coordination, administrative support, and analytical and planning support to senior management and company initiatives.

The role requires extensive cross-group coordination, excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project coordination from inception to completion for senior leadership.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, organize events, manage travel arrangements, and develop agendas and minutes.
  • Manage domestic and international travel plans.
  • Prepare expense reports and credit card reconciliations, and communicate travel and policy updates.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between departments.
  • Assist with policy communication and system adoption among offices.
  • Coordinate activities related to new hires, benefits, and evaluations with HR.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate environment; real estate experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities efficiently and organize information effectively.
  • Strong initiative, judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and at all organizational levels.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and resourcefulness in overcoming challenges.
