On-Site Recruiter Specialist

Job Title Recruiting Specialist Location Blauvelt, New York Type Direct Hire Compensation $50-60K, plus commission potential Work Model Onsite 5 days per week Hours 40.0 hours per week Who we are System One is looking to expand its dynamic internal team of recruiting and operations professionals. With more than 6,000 employees and roughly 40 offices throughout the U.S. we provide scientific, clinical, engineering, energy, IT, legal and administrative staffing services. What's required Prior Recruiting experience in a production or manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree Ability to meet established performance requirements Strong interpersonal skills, ability to foster relationships Ability to multitask, prioritize work needs, and respond to tasks with a sense of urgency.
