Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Boy / Office Support Executive role based in Gurugram. The role involves supporting day-to-day office operations, including handling basic administrative and clerical tasks, managing documents, and assisting with office upkeep.

Responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing mail, serving beverages to staff and visitors, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, and ensuring office equipment is in working order. The role also includes coordinating with different departments for small errands, supporting inventory of office supplies, and assisting with simple tasks related to meetings or visitors. The Office Support Executive is expected to be punctual, organized, and ready to assist colleagues to keep the workplace running smoothly.
Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with staff, visitors, and vendors
• Experience with Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for handling documents, mail, and basic office tasks
• Ability to operate and maintain basic Office Equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to cleanliness and hygiene in office areas
• Basic reading and writing skills; prior office support or hospitality experience is an advantage
• Ability to follow instructions, work under supervision, and coordinate small tasks across teams
• Comfort with on-site work in Gur
