Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital. Assist with client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation. Ensure the office environment is welcoming and well-maintained for clients and staff. Requirements Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in office software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or financial record-keeping is a plus. A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
