Job Description Job Description We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated individual who is familiar with the day-to-day operations and procedures of a ServiceMaster restoration company. The ideal candidate should have experience with: Restore 365. XactAnalysis.

Xactimate estimating software. Uploading and managing documents/files. Scheduling and coordinating jobs.

Communicating with clients, office staff, and technicians. Working with QuickBooks. Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to coordinate with the office manager and team efficiently. Experience in the restoration industry preferred. Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) are highly preferred.

We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
