Office Manager 6 Month Contract Toronto- ONSITE $25+ hourly Responsibilities: Coordinate office supply ordering, including breakroom items such as coffee and snacks Manage supply inventory to anticipate and meet future needs Oversee breakroom supplies and maintain coffee machines Collaborate closely with the Facility Manager to ensure maintenance and repairs are reported, vendors are managed, and services remain consistent Assist with setup and teardown of training and meeting rooms for office events Inspect office common areas daily to ensure they are organized, clean, and well-maintained Support emergency evacuation procedures as needed Manage workspace allocation for staff and visitors, including preparing spaces for new hires and clearing vacated areas Identify and report broken items for repair, replacement, or disposal Provide backup support for team members as needed Offer additional support to executive administrative staff when required Assign and deactivate security access badges as needed Process requests and order business cards for employees Qualifications: High School Graduate (3 to 7) years’ experience in office administration preferred Experience in vendor relationship preferred Demonstrates analytical ability and good business judgement Incumbent must be able to manage multiple priorities Demonstrates a sense of urgency Demonstrates ability to achieve goals through teamwork and collaboration Experience using Windows and Microsoft Office programs Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and other business colleagues Performs a variety of tasks Must be able to lift up to (50) lbs. “AI may be used to screen, assess or select applicants for this position”.
